I'm writing to you because:

We have changed the way you log in for our new website. Now you only need your email address. If you enter this, you will immediately receive a code in your inbox that you use to log in. Safe, easy and you will never lose your password again!

Great that you want to order our chocolate for your company. A (personalized) snack from the boss, that's nice!

1. Immediately confirm your order. No more waiting for confirmation by email.
2. Your self-made wrappers are saved in your account. That's useful for repeat orders.

Please note: in order to place an order on account, you must first log in with your business account. Once logged in, the 'on account' option will appear at check out. High five!

Of course, you can't wait to sink your teeth into our chunky bars or for them to land with a thud on the doormat of your friend, grandma, or colleague! We get it. That's why we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Curious when your order will be delivered? We use two different delivery times:

chocolate and other stuff (ordered on weekdays before 9 PM)

  • Up to 10 products: shipped the same business day
  • 11 products or more: shipped on the 3rd business day
  • Delivery only within the Netherlands

personalized large bars (ordered on weekdays before 5:59 PM)

  • 1-9 bars: shipped the same business day
  • 10-199 bars: shipped the next business day
  • 200-999 bars: shipped on the 3rd business day
  • 1,000-4,999 bars: shipped on the 5th business day
  • 5,000+ bars: Email us! We'll let you know personally

For example: 200 bars ordered on Monday before 5:59 PM, your order will be shipped on Wednesday

personalized small bars (ordered on weekdays before 5:59 PM)

  • 35–384 bars: shipped on the 3rd business day
  • 385-999 bars: shipped on the 4th business day
  • 1,000-2,499 bars: shipped on the 5th business day
  • 2,500-9,999 bars: shipped on the 8th business day
  • 10,000+ bars: Email us! We'll let you know personally

For example: 35 bars ordered on Monday before 5:59 PM, your order will be shipped on Wednesday

As soon as your chocolate is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link in your mailbox. Keep an eye on it to know if your chocolate is already on its way. You can also always find the status of your order under "my orders" in your account. Hooray!

And, if you place two orders with two different delivery times? Then it's possible that you'll receive two packages from us.
