Once your chocolate has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link in your mailbox. So keep a close eye on it to know if your chocolate is already on its way.
You can also always find the status of your order under "my orders" in your account. Hoppa! And uh.. do you place two orders with two different delivery times? Then it is possible that you will receive two packages from us.

On this page you will find more information including prices, delivery times, flavors and a few nice examples. You can choose a mix of flavors within the same price. From €30, no shipping costs will be charged. We ship to a maximum of one delivery address.

Our chocolate postman only delivers our bars within the Netherlands. Because we think it's important that you know exactly what's in our bars (and that's written in Dutch on our bars) and that we can guarantee that your bars will be on your doormat on time.
But don't worry! Our bars are available in more and more places. You can find us at various airports and from the USA to Finland. Check the nearest store below, or order in our chocolate shop. Then we will deliver it to your home!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send orders to a PO Box address.
If you want to send your order to a hospital, please make sure to add the department/room number.
Our chocolate is delivered throughout the country by parcel post companies PostNL, DPD and GLS.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to select a specific carrier at checkout.
Tony's chocolate is stored at our fulfillment partner. Your order will be shipped from there. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order there.
It is also not possible to pick up your order in our Super Store in Amsterdam. But hey, you can of course buy our choco there!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery date outside our standard delivery times. As soon as you place an order, it is processed immediately to ensure fast handling and delivery.
If you need flexibility, we recommend placing your order closer to your desired date or ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery within our delivery times.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send a personal card with your order.

You can return your chocolate for the following reasons:
- Damaged product : If your order arrived damaged.
- Wrong product : If you received something other than what you ordered.
- Late Delivery : If your order arrived much later than expected.
