Why Tony’s Chocolate Letters?
The chocolate letter is a Dutch Sinterklaas tradition that dates back to the 19th century. Each letter was once given by the Sint as a personal gift, often matching the first initial of your name. And since the Sint always signed with an S, it quickly became the most iconic letter of all. At Tony’s, we keep that tradition alive with our bold, chunky Letter S – made from cocoa that we trace from bean to bar and Belgian chocolate that’s as generous as Sinterklaas.
