what's in our chocolate bars?
Every bar starts with traceable cocoa: cocoa mass, cocoa butter. Or both... depending on the type of chocolate. The cocoa content is between 28% in white and 70% in the dark chocolate bar, with cocoa from West Africa. To that, sugar and ingredients that match the flavor of the bar are added. Good to know... we don't use palm oil anywhere in our assortment.
