Log in with your email address; the icon in the top right corner will open your profile page. Under "Edit Profile" (left), you can easily edit your personal information. And here you'll also find your previous orders, invoices, addresses you've used, and your custom wrappers. Easy!
That's awesome that you want to place a chocolate order! You can pay by invoice starting at €250 with a business account.
You ask it like this:
1. Log in here with your business account
2. Add something to your bag (it doesn't matter what, you don't have to order it)
3. Open your bag, it will appear on the right side of your screen
4. At the bottom of the 'go to checkout' button you can request payment on account
A request will then be submitted to us. Once the request has been processed, the finance team will send you an email. From then on, you can pay for your chocolate order on account. Hopefully, this is clear enough; if not, please let us know!

The benefits of ordering through our online chocolate shop in a nutshell:

Please note: To place an order on account, you must first log in with your business account. Once approved by our finance department and logged in, the "on account" option will appear at checkout. High five!
All prices are in the chocoshop. For our personalized products you will find the volume discounts on the product page . An additional discount on the total amount of your order applies to all our regular and seasonal products (This discount applies to business customers only, not to resellers).
This applies to:
- €200 to €399 - 5%
- €400 to €749 - 6
- €750 to €999 - 7%
- €1000 to €2499 - 8%
- €2500 to €4999 - 9%
- >€5000 - 10%
Sooo... more impact = more discount. Woohoo!
- For orders up to €50.00 = €4.99
- For orders above €50.00 = free shipping*
Are you a reseller? Then the shipping costs are slightly different:
- For orders up to €500.00 = €4.99
- For orders above €500.00 = free shipping*
*Applies to 1 delivery address
*Note: The VAT rate for shipping is the same as that of the selected products. Therefore, the amount including VAT is variable, as the VAT on chocolate is 9%, but on goodies it's 21%.
Delivery times differ per product (do you want it personalized or not) and per quantity (one or a thousand bars, that makes a big difference). We can often deliver our regular range within a few days. We need a little more time for our personalized bars (on average 5 working days). Send us a message if you want to know exactly how long you will have to wait for your order. We are happy to help you!
Personalized bars are intended for gift giving. So uhh... it's not allowed to resell them. Surprise your bestie, colleague, grandma or neighbor across the street. That's much more fun!
